How Can Cough And Post Nasal Drip Be Treated?

yes, allergy symptoms for about 2 months now, continue to have coughing, post nasal drip. no fever sputum is clear. doctor performed a skin allergy test all negative, given a solumedrol injection nothing. on zyrtec and dymista nasal spray. occasional sweezing. nothing is stopping it.

You have been tested for skin allergy testing which is negative..

Still you can be investigated by CBC to look for eosinophila if present in which case fexofenedine course can be prescribed...

Symptomatic management done for post nasal drip...

Here you can have repeated viral infections secondary to some nasal cause...

Your rhinoscopy nose examination should be done to look for DNS or polyp like case in which repeated rhinitis cam occur

Consult otorhinolaryngologist for examination and further work up accordingly
