How Can Constipation Be Treated When A Bowel Movement Occurs Only While Taking A Laxative?
Sir iam selvakumar aged 24. I have some problem. Sir i cannot pass motion regularly in the morning it is so hard to pass. I have taken the tablets also. But it is not cured. If i take tablet only it is passing otherwise not passing please help me

You can take the following steps
1. Increase fibre in your diet.
2. Increase physical activity and exercise
3. drink enough water.
If the above doesn't work, then you can have the following syrup
