Hello dear.
I would like to know a complete history especially if he has diabetes?
i would recommend you to try some home remedies like yellow lentil and rice cereal(made like a puree with minimum salt and pepper) mixed with home made sweet yogurt(not the canned one) once or twice daily.
Maintain good hygiene but proper washing of hands before eating.
Give a green tea of 5-6 mint leaves in a glass of water boiled for 5 minutes and strain.
Give this twice daily.
Hope it will help.
Wishing him a speedy recovery and a sound health :-)
