How Can Congestion In The Ears And Nose Be Treated?

Hi I was flying lastnight with some congestion in my ears and nose. I took a nose spray before we took off and used earplanes for my ears. When we start to land my ears didn t like it. Is that bad? I been taking prescription decongestant pills. Will my ears be okay? Thanks

Hello welcome to the health care magic

During travelling by flight air pressure changes occurs.

Mild cold is not contraindication for travelling.

Complete the course of prescribed decongestant drug.

Take one tsp turmeric powder with milk daily.

Steam inhalation done three times a day is beneficial.
