How Can Congenital Absence Of The Uvula Be Treated?

my daughter is 2.7 years old.. she is not speaking words clearly .. talking from nose ... as we checked doctor it is found that uvala is absent for her .... she had the problem of liquid coming out through nose.. please advice operation is necessary ... and will she improve speaking clearly after operation....

You need to consult a ENT surgeon and get the oronasal communication treated.

Yes it will improve the speaking problem and also the foods coming out of nose.
Surgery is important and must be done in young age too.
