Hi,

As per my clinical experience, the excess crying narrates satiety problem and the reflux suggests that the baby is not being offered enough burping after feeding.

Precise care with burping around 30 minutes after feeding and evaluating the need of breastfeed versus supply should be measured out.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
