How Can Cold, Cough And Chest Congestion In An Infant Be Treated?
hellow sir,my 1 year old baby is suffering with cough and nose block and had one episode of fever.i treated her with calpol and nasoclear drops .cough is still there with full chest congestion.i am giving steam inhalation.but chest is full of secretions and cough is persisting.can i give her asthaline? or do i need to take her to the paediatrician?

I have gone through your query. It can be due to lower respiratory infection. Asthalin ( salbutamol) 2.5 ml can be given thrice daily if the weight of baby is 10 Kg. Better to get a pediatrician consultation.
