Hello welcome to the health care magic

First of all confirm diagnosis of migraine

In migraine pain usually throbbing in nature and is unilateral...

Gastric symptom like nausea usually associated

If migraine confirmed than for headache brufen 400 mg taken sos
If not effective than rizatriptan 5 mg needed sos

If repeated migraine attack than topiramate or amitryptillin started as prophylaxis

Hypoglycemia, lack of sleep, smoking, excess coffee etc predisposing factor for headache

Take care

Hope your concern solved
