How Can Chronic Itching On The Head And Toes Be Treated?

I have a friend who live in Denver CO and she has a pretty bad case of MS. She has been suffering from a horrible itching problem from her head to her toes. They have done all kinds of tests and have said that the itching has nothing to do with MS. Do you agree?
