How Can Chronic Fatigue With Depression Be Treated?

I am 19 years old and I have sever fatigue 24/7, its been going on for months. I have been checked for anemia and other blood tests, but came back normal. I was diagnosed with depression around the time i was 17, i know that plays some part in it, but i still do not feel like i should be the way i am all the time. If i wake up at twelve, by 3 i have to have a nap, it interfers with my life, and i hate it, i am in nursing school and this is the last thing i need. Can you help?

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. If you are sure you do not have any physical or organic problems which can lead to fatigue or tiredness, and the test results and doctors told you so, you should understand the problem you are facing is purely psychological. You are not feeling tired, but you have a habbit of being lazy and therefore your body and mind refuses to change the habbit. Whenever you try to change the habbit, body and mind fights against it and you succumb. Depression is a factor but with the following tip, you can overcome that factor too. The tip is.. Fight yourself out of this situation. Don't tire, don;t feel you can't. Just get up and go. Work and work and work. After around 15 days of stubbornness, your body and mind will acquire and accept the new habbit pattern and will accompany your desire. Even depression will be cured fully. I also request you to be outside in the sun for 15 minutes daily.

If you still need my assistance in this regard, please use this link. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Please remember to describe the whole problem with full detail.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
