How Can Chronic Cough In A Toddler Be Treated?

Hi doctor, My son is 3 months old.has cough and cold.coughing many times a day.doctor has told to give crominic drops 3 drops 3 times a days.I feel.after 3 days of drops now cough is reducing.usually how many days it will take to cure cough completely

Viral upper respiratory tract infections are very common in children.
Usually these infections are self limiting in 1-2 weeks.
Since his symptoms are improving after taking syrup, continue with that syrup.
Give him plenty of fluids orally.
Don't worry, he will mostly be alright within 1-2 weeks time.
