How Can Cholesterol Levels Be Lowered?

I was just researching on maybe some herbal mixtures to lower my high cholesteral, since I absolutely cannot take any kind of statins, niacin, jeez I have taken all the lower meds and I have had been allergic to them all. but I can take natural supplements to start as soon as possible.

Hi,

As such there are no proven herbal natural supplements. But you can make dietary modifications like taking high protein diet rich in complex carbs and low in fats and sugars.

Take fish oils, walnuts in order to improve Omega Fatty Acids in diet which will keep you fit. Exercise daily to lower the levels.
