How can cholesterol be lowered through diet and exercise ?

I'm 47yrs with high chol n 20lbs over weight n smoker what foof could i eat to help me lower my chol hi I have high chol i want to see what should i do to lower it beside med

Your cholesterol is high. You have control your cholesterol. Do regular exercise walking or jogging for half hour per day daily
Eat healthy food like green vegetable all kind of vegetable you can take green leafy. Avoid oily food like burger pizza. Eat fish daily but avoid fried fish.

Food for redusing cholestrol are:

Flax seed oil

salmon fish



red wine in small quantity.

You must avoid


Other oils and butter in meals

stop smoking

do regular exercises.
