How Can Chickenpox Be Treated?

I am suffering from chicken today is my 4 day from the time red spot become visible i wanna ask i have a black like spot on my nose which very ugly it is different from rest of the spot pls tell what i can do to it .. It a spot with black like thing covered with crust or something like layer if you want i can send the picture iam really sensitive abouty skin pls reply fast

You have to start antivirals like acyclovir or gancyclovir at the earliest, it helps to reduce the number of skin lesions and faster healing.
You can also apply topical antibiotics like mupirocin which helps to avoid infected and ugly looking scabs.
