How Can Cervical Stenosis Be Treated?

My symptoms point to Cervical Spinal Stenosis. I am 57 and my symptoms have recently become worse. I have been physically active recently more than usual. The symptoms are interrupting my sleep now and I would like to go to a doctor. What type of a doctor should I see for this condition?

Hello and welcome to `Ask A Doctor` service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.

* The management of cervical stenosis depends upon the type of
symptoms as
Pain and movement restrictions will be handled from orthopedic
consultant and chiropractor specialist.
If there are nerve compression symptoms as tingling, numbness
upper limbs or else ; expert Neuro physician is best to judge.

* I recommend to consult your family doctor and get relevant reference
for further work up.

Wish you fine recovery.

Feel free to post further doubts.
Thank you.
