Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Prognosis in cervical cancer is based on staging of cancer. And staging depends largely on size of tumor, local area involved and distal metastases. So in my opinion, you should definitely consult oncologist and get done PET scan to identify exact size of tumor, local spread is there or not and any distal organ involved or not. If tumor size is small and not involving distal organs then surgery followed by chemotherapy, radiotherapy are treatment of choice. But if tumor size is large and involving distal organs, chemotherapy, radiotherapy should be given first followed by surgery. So treatment depends entirely on staging. So consult oncologist and discuss all these.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
