How Can Catarrh Along With Backache And Dizziness Be Treated?

32 year old male has Catarrh and along with that his urine is very yellow, has back pain, suffers dizzy spells, has headache s, not sleeping well, and an over all feeling of not feeling well. It also hurts his head when he bends over. Any ideas would be helpful! Thank you!!
