How Can Calcified Granuloma In The Liver Be Treated?

I have ct scan report that there is calcified granuloma in right lobe of liver .I am much worried and what should be done for treatment. Here I had an surgery of tongue cancer before one year. Please do reply me in detail that is it the reoccurence of cancer ...or any better options for treatment.. looking forward ..

hi. option 1: kindly follow up with ultrasound abdomen for the size of the granuloma if it's increasing u can meet an oncosurgeon. option 2: u can go for FDG PET scan. if this shows it's a problematic granuloma. u can meet a onco surgeon. if nothing significant it can be left alone. option 3: if the size is big enough with the suggestion from ur oncologist usg guided fnac can be done to get the exact diagnosis.

so totally treatment depends on the size n follow up.
