How Can Bronchitis And High Blood Pressure Be Treated?
Hi, My mother is 80 and was in the ER last night to where she was diagnosed with Bronchitis and her blood pressure being high. Upon release of the ER her BP was 187/86. She takes BP medicine daily and today has taken it like normal and her BP is now 197/104. Her DR is on vacation and can t get her in till Monday. Any suggestions would be wonderful.

being very elderly she has got chronic bronchitis and hypertention. she is to be treated for both. projected bp with medicine and age is alright. treatment is to be continued and diet control with restriction of salt is to be done. it is to be monitored. with age it is almost normal and exclude diabetes. monitoring is to be done hypertensive profile can be done after analysing result consult treating physician for modification of treatment
