How Can Breathing Difficulty Due To Asthma Be Treated?

Good morning doctor My mother she is 50 years old,right now she has suffering from chronic allergic disease, as asthma. Her breathing is continually fast. SINCE one year. By the chekep of doctor, doctor is told us she is allergic patient so pls told US how and which type of medicine should give her some time she take also moth inhealer .Thanks Roushan darbhanga bihar.

please follow these steps 1)as neededSABA with no controller ,other options are to considerlow does ICS for patients with exacerbationrisks.
step2-regular low does ICS plus as needed SABA,other options are LTRA or theophylline
step3-low does ICS/LABAplus as neededSABAor ICS/formoterol maintainanceand reliver therapy,other options are medium dose ICSor low dose ICS/LABA
step4-low does ICS/formoterol maintenannceand reliver therapyor medium dose ics/LABA as maintanance plus as needed SABA, add on tiotropium for patients with history of exacerbations,other options are high dose ICS/LTAR or slow release theophylline,
step5-add on treatment include tiotropiumby mist inheler for patientswith a history of exacerbations,omalizumab for severe allergic asthma,and mepolizumab for severe eosinophillic asthma,other options are that some patients may benefit from low does oral corticosteroids .
Tell your local doctor to manage the asthma as per this list and tell him to do a Blood DC.
