Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that your daughter is having upper respiratory tract infection causing common cold and as the infants have a low immunity therefore the infection can be prolonged as well as recurring..

As it is a viral infection giving antibiotics that too without consulting a Paediatrician is a bad idea..

Ass fever is now reduced, you need not to worry as it will improve gradually..
For blocked nose you can give her saline nasal spray as it will loosen the mucous and will help in easy drainage and will reduce blockage..
Use a humidifier in her room..
You should do warm compresses around her nostrils and also chest..
You should feed her with plenty of warm fluids..
Make her sleep with head slightly raised to ease in drainage..

In case if still there is no improvement consult a Paediatrician and get evaluated..

Hope this information helps..

Regards..
