How Can Breathing Difficulties Be Treated?

YSir My father had a heart attack 3 years ago and he had an angioplasty operation as there are some blockages in his artery.after that he was almost fine but now he was feeling a breathing problem..he does not feel confident to go outside and he becoming unsocialized and refuse to talk with peoples.we have already discussed with heart specialist and psychiatrists...but there is no improvement..pls help

The first thing to exclude will be heart failure / another threatened or silent attack
Next is Lung – infection, asthma and so on
He needs examination & investigation – to diagnose / A treatable cause should not be missed.
