How Can Breast Cancer Be Treated?

Diagnosd TNBC positive margin DCIS 50mm high grade positive lateral margin after surgery. 4 sentinal nodes 3 neg 1 positive no extradol extension. Should I have mascetomy before chemo or after chemo. Which is the best option for me? Invasive Ductal Carcinoma 19MM Grade 3 Clear margins.

Mastectomy has to be done as the margins are positive. It is an operable case and hence you can go for mastectomy and followed by chemo-radiation. Post op radiation is better for you and has better results compared to pre-op chemo- radiation. Consult a general surgeon/ oncosurgeon and he will direct you accordingly.
