Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The symptoms are suggestive of osteoarthritis. It is nothing but age related wear and tear of joint. Hip replacement is the treatment of choice but might have some risks in your age group. As of now you can go for a conservative line of management with analgesics and calcium supplementation. Consult an orthopedician for expert opinion.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain
