How Can Body Weight Be Reduced?

I m 30yrs old male and i have a jaundice, i m currently cut down my weight through diet and excercise. Can i take excercice less tough than i normally do? I m worried i might gain weight during my illness. My jaundice is not serious it s mild jaundice.

Hello,

As you complain of jaundice so there is a problem in the liver. you need to avoid fat rich diet and reduce consumption of oils.

Take plenty of vegetable diet. There is no need for strenuous exercise you can just take a light walk of 10 to 15 minutes if you are able to do so.
