How Can Body Weight Be Increased?

sir... i m a pg student in a very famous engi coll in chennai... i ll be very lean... all my class guys ll tease me... more over i ll be in brown skin... but according to me i din feel anythin very much bad in my physical... only my body weight make me tensed... i feel very bad in front of my class guys... i don know how to increas my weight.. and get bit fat.. i m jus 40kg.. its creating a very big pain in my mind... i cant go front and take seminars i feel bad... pls suggest me a solution

Its a great achievement to took admision in Engineering College.

Most of Filmi Hero's are having good personality but they are not Engineers.
Please donot feel guilty conscious.
Stii you want to increase body weight .
Take Tablet Albendazole monthly to deworm.
Take diet rich in dry fruits ,fruit juices,butter,Paranthas.
Go to Gym.
Do hard exercises E.g; Swimming,Cycling.
Take High Calory Diets
Take Banana Shake several times a day.
Consult your doctor before following any instructions.
Please donot weighe your self before one month.
Be happy always.
