How Can Body Ache While Suffering From Shingles Be Treated?

Hi this is the second time I have been diagnosed with shingles I am 54 and do not have a rash just rember the nerve pain I had last time 4 years ago when it when the undiagnosed for 6 months.s and I had terrible nerve pain for 4months . My entire left side hurts with nerve pain ? Help

I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, possibility of post shingles neuralgia is more likely. It is due to nerve damage.
Best treatment for this is pregabalin or gabapentin.
It is available in combination with vitamin b 12.
So take this combination twice daily for 10 days.
Apply ice packs on affected areas of body.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
