How Can Blood Sugar Levels Be Kept Under Control?

Dear Sir, I am Pazhanivel, a retired official of an insurance Company. I just retired on 31.3.2017. My sugar level is not decreasing in spite of my taking insulin (morning 30 and night 15). I was having the habit of drinking and stopped using alcohol for the past 3 months totally. My sugar level varies between 250 and 300. I am using Hamlog 50 insulin and Volix M 0.2 and Aamaryl 1 mg. Kindly let me have your advices, Sir. thanks and regards.
