Hello! Welcome to HealthcareMagic!

Some advice that I can give you are:

1) Use cotton underwear.
2) Wash and clean the area frequently.
3) You can use an antibiotic cream for local treatment.
4) Use painkillers like Ibuprofen in case of pain in the area.

Hope my answer was helpful. If you have any other questions, Ill be glad to help you.

Thank you for the query.

Take care
