How Can Blisters And Infection On The Left Leg Be Treated?

Dear sir/madam My mother who is 87 years of age had a broken femur.After about 8 months the bone united and the pop removed .shortly after , the leg developed blisters and has infected the left leg. Agumentin 1000 mg and other anyibiotics has been adminstered all to no avail instead is increasing .sugar level is 120.i taken the liquid from the blisters for test result is pus numerous .please what is your advicem. blisters and infections cant be due to delayed wound healing as the blisters are showing numerous pus cells as she is diabetic wound healing is diificult its better to put her on iv antibiotics with strict control on her blood glucose levels can make her recover well unless the glucose cont be under control her wound healing cannot be achieved the key for wound healing in diabetic patients is good blood glucose control
