How Can Bipolar Disorder Be Treated?

I've just been diagnosed manic depressive bipolar, nothing seems to work. i know it might be too early to tell. I'm taking buspirone 15,ziprasidone 20 and clonazepam. i still feel as agitated and angry and its ruining my family life.
i want to feel normal again

Bipolar disorder is a chronic disease that warrants long-term treatment. It's a phasic illness in which phases of manic or depressive phase comes. The primary aim is to keep mood at a stable phase and for that mood stabilizer is required. The only drug which you are taking for stabilization is Ziprasidone and the dose is very low. In bipolar illness the doses are really high. Consult with your practitioner about starting you on a mood stabilizer or increasing Ziprasidone dose gradually.
