How Can Bipolar Disorder Be Treated?

I have been diagnosed as bipolar 11. I was sober for 4 years and mood changes every mini or so! I will feel really ihappy then a rush of feeling doomed. I know my shrink has never had someone like this.I think I m resistant to meds.. We have tried a huge amount of drugs with little result. I read on this site that a moo might help. What should q do? Thanks so much!!! Lisa
