Hello,

You have symptoms of bad breath known as halitosis which could be because of poor oral hygiene, hormonal imbalance, excessive salivary secretion, underlying medical condition, nutritional insufficiency, and gastroesophageal reflux disease.

Need not to worry. I would suggest you visit an oral physician once and get the complete examination done and start treatment accordingly. Avoid intake of spicy and sharp food and use antiseptic mouthwash rinses. Do warm saline gargles on a daily basis. Do Not lay down immediately after having food. Chew on sugar-free candies.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
