General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The back pain may be due to spine related problems as in prolapsed disc or nerve compression, UTI is unrelated.

You can go for a urine culture and start antibiotics according to the culture reports. Drink plenty of water also. Nothing much to worry and you will improve with antibiotics.

You can consult a neurologist for back pain and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
