How Can Back Pain And Headache Caused By An Injury Be Treated?

I fell down my stairs last night when headed down to the basement. my right foot slipped out from underneath me and my left foot buckled underneath me. landing on my left side stretched out as I slid all the way down the stairs full speed hitting each and every step on the way down. I have multiple sclerosis and scoliosis. My entire left side is super sore today. my chest hurts on the left side, in the area above the heart near the shoulder. Lower back hurts, I have degenerative disc disease as well, 39 years old. It seems as the day goes on I hurt more but I figured that would happen since I am sitting more today than usual. My head does hurt and last night my ears hurt right after the fall, they were ringing.

As per your history you have back pain associated with headache so first get a through neurological physical exam in detail and do a CT scan to ruled out any internal injury after you fall down.Time to time check vital signs like BP,PULSE,RR rate,Temp. Thanks
