How Can Back Injuries Be Treated?

I have several severe back injuries 1984, 1992, 2003, 2011.. 84 & 92 work related, 03 & 11 pedestrian hit & run by autos I have had numerous neurosurgeons that I have lost due to age, death, or accident (1 fell down stairs and lost his nerve control in hands and arms). it seems almost impossible to find a neurosurgeon that will treat on going back injuries at this day and time; do you know of other options?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Now a days newer way in spine stabilization is done by prosthetic implant. So better to consult spine surgeon ("orthopedic doctor who has done specialization in spine surgery) and discuss about this newer technique. In simple language, this is known as vertebral transplant. Along with this, you should also do vigorous physiotherapy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
