How Can Asthma And Cold Be Treated?

I suffer from asthma, and normally come to Florida each winter and find that my Ventolin controls my asthma. Usually after a few days I have reasons to use the Ventolin. this year I contacted a cold, this has caused the asthma to be worse. I have taken a mild DIPHENHYDRAMINE 6.25mg and PHENYLEPHRINE 2.5mg. My condition is not getting any better.

You are known case of asthma condition... It is hypersensitivity reaction condition ...

You are using salbutamol bronchodilator inhaler for that..

Cold(esp viral infection) can worsen asthma

Hence for congestion relief you have been prescribed antihistaminic drug...

Get your CBC done to check for AEC... If more than 450 than Also strat Allegra M like antiallergic drug for 10 days

I will advise you to consult pulmonologoist for get your spirometry done
Than for your seasonal asthma maintainance inhaler shock do be started like Foracort contain low dose steroid and formetrol...

Take one tsp turmeric powder with milk daily

Take care

Consult pulmonologoist for examination and Auscultation with keeping my answer in mind
