How Can Anxiety And Fatigue Be Treated?

Hi. I have taken Sedoxil and Serenol con griffonia in dy different periods as prescribed by doctor. now i havent taken the cure for three months. During the cure time i felt good. now my doc has given me valerian and some multivitamin supplements. should i take the old cure ore begin the new one. i have some anxiety, headaches, low desire on doing things and tiredness. thank you
