I m 11 weeks pregnant and have always had issues with anxiety and depression. My ob/gyn said it s important for me to keep this under control and prescribed me zoloft. I was on lexapro before and when I became pregnant I quit taking by weening off of it. This is my second pregnancy, with my first child I did great without medicine. My hormones I guess leveled me out. Well with this pregnancy I have been having troubles with managing stress and moods. My Dr. Said it is safer for me to take zoloft then to not due to stress I m causing on the baby. I have done a lot of research on the medicine and have seen many bad things about heart defect and such with this medicine. I m really just scared to take and scared not to take.
