How Can An Ultrasound Report Showing Endometrial Thickness Of 6.2 Mm Be Interpreted?
My periods are irregular. I did ultrasound report was . 1. Uterus : Anteverted ,normal size. Endometrial thickness is 6.2mm 2.Ovaries & Adnexae: Both ovaries are normal in size.No cyst seen. 3.POD: no free fluid in POD. Request for guide me what it is meaning? And also we plan for baby. Please advice the same. Please do the needful. Regards.

Hi,
Ultrasound measures the thickness of endometrium. Yes, you can plan baby but the size of follicle should be adequate and it should rupture at the 14th day.
