I had gone through you medical history and understood your true concerns. Ovaries are female reproductive organs. When fluid-filled sac develops on one of the ovaries, it is called as ovarian cyst.

Ovarian cysts may occur due to many reasons. It will cause pain, nausea, diarrhea or constipation etc. It will be diagnosed by pelvic examination and ultrasound abdomen. As you were already diagnosed by your symptoms and ultrasound, we have to focus on treatment aspect.

Ovarian cysts will increase and decrease in size depending on the hormonal changes and other factors of reproductive system. So our treatment have to focus on clearing it completely.

Medical treatment helps only to certain extent and more preferred are surgical treatments which can completely eliminate the cysts. Following pattern can be followed:
1. oral contraceptive pills -these will prevent ovulation and stops further formation of cysts.
2. laparoscopy for surgical removal of cyst along with remnants.
3. fluid from cyst have to be sent for analysis and blood for CA 125
4. cyst sent for biopsy to rule out cancer.

Hope you can understand all the concerned aspects and act accordingly.
