How Can An Ovarian Cyst Be Treated?

Good morning Doctor My wife is suffering because of cyst on her Ovary. All ready she had a cyst operation on 2014. But again the cyst has grown up and she is suffering because lot of lower abdomen pain. She also want to be a mother, but because of the cyst its not became possible. So please help me doctor to get an appointment at CMC, Vellore or suggest me the best possible options.

Ovarian cyst may pose no big problems if not symptomatic.In her case, since she is already having lower abdominal pains, it may be termed symptomatic and may pose a problem if pregnancy should eveolve with the cyst in place.I will suggest you see a Gynecologist for evaluation.Depending on the size of the cyst, treatment decisions will be taken with surgery being a most likely option.
