Hi, dear You may have some piles (hemorrhoid). You should go for examination and take treatment. Medical treatment is useful. You should take high fiber diet, plenty of green leafy vegetables and plenty of water. Avoid constipation. You can use isapgul powder one teaspoon at night. Local anesthetic gel can be used for pain relief. If not improve with medical treatment then surgical excision is the treatment of choice. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
