General & Family Physician 's  Response
Adenomyosis can be treated medically using Zoldex if the size is small . Since your uuterus is enlarged , the adenomyosis may be of lager size . It is Better to Operate and remove, if you are at younger fertile age . If you have near to menopause stage and completed your family then go for Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy
