i been having a tyroid on my right front side of my neck growning slowly for at least 4 years now. it feels like it ia grown against my wind pipe to the point it starting to mess with my breathing and my voice sound horest dry throat forcing to talk ..

Treatment for enlarged thyroid is surgical removal. However, before that we have to confirm whether it is hypo or hyperthyroidism.

As both can cause enlargement and post-surgical also differ in both conditions, prior ruling out is utmost important.

So, get your thyroid profile done and consult an ENT or surgery specialist.
