Hello,

I am of the opinion that as long as you do not have any urinary symptoms like urgency, frequency or precipitancy, there's no need to take any medical aid at this juncture. However, I advise you to get prostate-specific antigen (PSA) blood test done. PSA is a substance produced in your prostate the levels of which increase when you have an enlarged prostate, infection, surgery or prostate cancer.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali
