i am yogesh bhatt from hydrabad 79 years has grade iii protsto malley problem. I am doing regularly yoga exercises for about 25 miutes in themorning ad evening and has been adviseda 5 mg finasteride tablet once daily for 6 months wan to ask can bet relief. prostate is 45x45x65 mm need yr advicekindly send ur reply ar YYYY@YYYY regards yours yogesh bhatt
Hi Yogesh, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. Although you are taking Finastride and doing yoga, it would be advisable for you to undergo resection of prostate as the measurement indicates clearly it is enlarged and comes under category of Grade III. This is because you are at a risk of landing up in complications such as acute urine retention and recurrent urinary tract infection.
