How Can An Enlarged Prostate Be Treated?

Hi, I have been told by my urology consultant that the best solution for my urology issues ( enlarged prostate / I am now using disposable catheters) is a TURP procedure. I am okay with that. My problem is that he is going away on holidays and I need to travel to the US in six weeks for a number of important business meetings. I am concerned about the problems this would bring. Pat.
