Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

There could be tympanic membrane (middle ear) problem which needs to be evaluated by ENT doctor.

Sometimes, simple infection or pricking pins or ear bud can also cause this problem. So, better to get it checked by a doctor and treated accordinglly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Maheshwari
