Hello,

I read your message and understood your problem.

Male baldness is a kind of resistant to treatment. Two drugs that are thought to be more effective are minoxidil (lotion) and finasteride (tablet). These drugs are prescribed by a dermatologist as needed.

The treatment must go till the end in order to see improvement. You need to wait 6 months or more for the first results and keep the treatment for one year or more if needed.

Also, discuss with a dermatologist about the types of the surgery. Maybe the type of the surgery was not appropriate for you. Also, you need to discover if it is just alopecia areata or you maybe have some other skin condition as well or hormone imbalances. Examination of hair and skin scrapping under microscope and checking the hormones levels in the blood can rule them out.

Before any surgery please use conservative treatments with drugs and hair lotion. Maybe immunotherapy may be applied but this must be done with the consult of a professional dermatologist.

I hope this is useful for you.
